Terms of reference
The committee shall ensure that the Assembly's Rules of Procedure are applied properly and that they – as well as the ancillary texts to the rules – remain consonant with the Assembly's practice. It shall consider any proposal to amend the rules, in accordance with Rule 68 of the Rules of Procedure.
Members
The committee has 39 members, 31 of whom are appointed by the six political groups in the Assembly, and two are non-registered. The chairpersons of the five political groups in the Assembly and the outgoing President of the Assembly sit as ex officio members.
